Our clubhouse and porch can comfortably seat up to 82 players. Whether you choose to enjoy a meal from our menu or
have your event catered by your licenced cater, the choice is yours.

15 Days before your event
We ask that one designated individual be financially responsible for all purchases.
A list of all your guests with their contact information.
A $500 reserve deposit is required.
This will be refunded within 10 days after your event.
A Valid credit card on file for any damages & other charges.
Final payment due 15 days prior to your event.

West Hill reserves the right to edit or cancel any event
if the above terms are not met.
