What we will do
Check for signs of vandalism, theft or intrusion Inspect for rain and or snow damage around doors, windows and ceilings Check plumbing, flush toilets, run water in sinks, inspect water heater Check electrical breakers and fuse box Check appliances Check all doors and windows Visual check for rodent infestation Test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms Inspect for musty odors, moisture Check and set security system Water indoor plants Fill bird feeders Pick up mail, newspapers, flyers Visually inspect roof and gutters Check and inspect garage doors Start motor vehicles Inspect overall exterior condition of home Report back to you after each visit	West Hill Safe Home 2010 Rates
	Initial visit to tour property, receive keys security codes, review all details $25.00 No charge to 2010 West Hill Members for initial visit when you sign up for our 2010 monthly or bi-monthly plans.

	Bi-monthly...$70 2 visits per month
	On call one time visits...$75.00
